We also stand behind our pricing. If you find the same wine offered at a lower price by another authorized retailer within 6 months of your purchase, we will gladly refund you the difference. To request a price-match refund, email us a link to the product and your order ID at returns@japanesewineco.com, and we will take care of the rest.
A few conditions apply. The price guarantee:
- Applies only to items you have purchased from us.
- Excludes promotional offers, flash sales, and clearance pricing.
- Requires that the item be in stock and available at the competing retailer.
- Is limited to online retailers without a physical storefront.
- Excludes auction sites, third-party marketplaces, and discount liquidators.
- Requires that the competing retailer be an authorized seller.
- Covers the retail price and shipping, but not sales tax.
